Our Customer Service Center recently completed a transition to a new Utility Billing Software Program, resulting in changes to Utility Billing statements, as well as a delay in billing. In addition to this upgrade, we have a new online Customer Web Portal. Register now by visiting www.pleasantonwater.com. You will need your new Account Number and Customer I.D. to access your account.
